ROYAL RULES AND RATES

All rates include a proper breakfast, served restaurant-style on our sunny enclosed porch or at the dining table around the wood stove when it's chilly!  Breakfast in bed must be prearranged.  Breakfast is served at 9:00 AM unless otherwise requested.   

A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. A deposit of one night is required 7 days in advance of reservation.  For longer stays or whole-house rental a 50% deposit is required at least 14 days in advance of reservation.

Business travelers:  Call for corporate rates and cancellation policies!

Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance of reservations. Payment will be charged to your credit card if rooms are not re-booked.  

We happily accommodate smokers in designated outdoor areas.

Check-in time is 4-6 PM. If this is inconvenient, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Check-out is 11AM, unless prearranged.

The Queen is pet-friendly and all guests will meet Maisie, our royal hound, and Jerry, the James Bond of cats.  Although generally we keep them out of the Inn, they are sneakly little creatures and find a way in so if you are extremely allergic to cats and dogs you may not want to stay with us.  All pets must be pre-approved by The Queen.  There is a $25 cleaning fee.


General Rates:

Our rates are partially tied to pork futures and the MSI (Maple Syrup Index) - we serve a lot of both.  Rates do not include tax (local and lodging taxes combined are 9.8%) and are based on double occupancy.  Some rooms may accommodate an extra person at $25.00 per person.  All rates are in U.S. Dollars; click HERE for a convenient online currency converter.
